Homemade Bread Baked in Gusto oven style
This bread was baked in the Fontana Gusto. The culinary formula for the dough is:
Basic Dough Recipe:
2 ¾ cups lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. granulated instant yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
one pinch of sugar
3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3 1/2 cups bread flour
Add a pinch of sugar and 1 package of instant dry yeast to slightly lukewarm water. Allow this mixture to rest for about 15 minutes until you see the surface of the water and yeast begin to bubble. Next mix in the flour with of a wooden spoon and as soon as the mixture starts to form into dough, add the olive oil and salt. At this point you can use your hands to finish incorporating the remaining flour. Mix until the flour is completely hydrated. Do not overwork the dough :)

Hello,
Love the photos of the bread and thank you for the formula. My family has been using a Fontana Forni Gusto for about 2 years. We love it and use it primarily for pizza, however, I would like to start some bread baking.
Could you tell me at what temperature you run the stove to cook the bread?
