Mediterranean contours pizza oven
Round type pizza oven built by me in Mission Bay, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND.
It has a white lime wash on its outside walls for the Spanish like or Greek feel to it. You decide what it reminds you of.
See also another oven I built which has a more reddish outside color, similar to the iron oxide powder which is sometimes being used for mixing decorative colored mortars, concretes or cement based grouts, nice effects can be achieved with that powder as well.
The outdoor kitchen includes BBQ and running water and surface tops for cutting pizza toppings making dough and preparing all the foods for cooking.

I was very impressed by the oven and supporting area gorgeous. What size is the fire box? I’m doing some background research into making one.
I not the chimney at the front how does that affect the temperature of the oven.
Thanks, Charlie

Nothing beats a traditional oven does it? Not even the very best modern pizza cooker will create the same atmosphere, warmth, and look. This design is perfect.
