I am planning on building gas fired brick ovens as well 4 5 and six foot. It’s the code in NEW YORK. But they all use wood.

Here is the making of a center fire/gas-burner oven with a grill and another oven with stone that revolves! Wood chamber with the fire in the center!

4. My intentions are to open a pizza Restaurant. I need this kind of rotational floor wood fire combo with gas oven I think your job uses the same. Could please send all information regarding installation instructions, if there are matters or general requirements by city to get permit. And price list commercial ovens if you carry these. Thanks
