Title: Backyard hobby behind my house
Description: David built this 2m mud brick beehive oven to experiment with baking sourdough breads. Mudbricks are un-stabilized clay (not fired in kilns as clay firebricks), therefore when touched inside pealing occurs. At the moment oven cools down rapidly so it still needs to be heat insulated.
