This oven works magic for us
Building this brick oven really was the best investment thing for us. It is the most magical object we do own so far. Even taking a loan for buying the material is worthy and justified investment.

Title: I built the oven and it works magic.
Description: G'day Rado,
It's been a couple of years since I emailed you last time.
I built the oven and it works magic. Thanks for your help and encouragement.
We cook everything in it. Pizza in two minutes. Bread, cakes, biscuits, deadly chocolate pudding, bake veggies, Roasts. We dry fruits and tomatoes. It can fit a whole samba (deer) or a couple of sheep in one go.
Best wood is dense - iron-bark, red-gum or yellow-box. Plenty of heat from the valuable golden embers and not much ash.
It took 4 months to build BUT in a very slow motion ( resting and chatting more than working ). I didn't know what I was doing when I started but it turned out easy-peasy by following your instructions and pix. I put a polished granite slab at the opening and it looks great. It was fun to be designing these extra things. Check out my pix attached and please place them on www.traditionaloven.com website.
Whole family loves it and everyone who sees it wants me to build them one.
Thanks again Rado
Regards
AL
