Title: Southwestern USA Desert Style Architecture
Description: We chose to build the oven in the architectural style of the Southwestern US, specifically that used in New Mexico and Arizona.
This style typically uses roman arches of brick and flat roofs. With little rain, a flat roof with redwood beams works well for very long. We used desert colors for the blocks and surrounding pavers to maintain the right character. Great place to hang out while pizzas cook. Project by Ed and Heidi.
