A traditional kitchen

See my kids and the cat on the wooden floor? They like the sounds produced around this cooking kind. The whole house gets nicely warm when the oven is hot. Simple but still the best.

Description: The paddle is made by the Polish working man from some old material leftovers, one beam, two small pieces of floor wood. I am doing a great bread job too in that oven I can say, although it is more difficult with constantly running kids around me. I am making a nice sourdough, some whole wheat-yeast and a sort of Italian bread with oven dried lovely tomatoes and herbs mixed in. Simple but the best.
