Great project by Scott – knowing what to cook and bake in it
Oven built by Scott from Oak Park, IL, US almost identically to the latest 3G MTo design from the Rado Hand’s oven building plans. With this project, only the minimally adjusted foot print to the unique area, then roof tiles were approached slightly differently, and Scott also attached a new clay pot chimney on the top which is more than beautiful.

Work of art with natural stones
I chose to do this work of art for the balance in my life and to have family time with my kids making pizzas, laughing and eating together as a family. To party with my friends in a safe child friendly environment where everyone can unwind completely.

Modified nice structure, built lower and smaller.
To save money plus labor and time, Don from Plymouth, MN, U.S.A., built this backyard structure with some slight modifications. His oven is built lower with the hearth close to the ground by one cinder block height and, also, the foundation was created shorter by one cinder block in length which makes it by 16 inches shorter length measurement.

Joe’s oven concrete blocks walls
Joe’s oven built in Connecticut – U.S.A. Snow on the oven in winter. Dry fit (without mortar joining in between blocks) concrete blocks were used for building outer walls of the oven. The oven is the part of the outside kitchen for when we cook and bake or roast meat outdoors. Stucco covered chimney.

Burek or Phyllo filled thin pastry
Making Burek or a phyllo from the transparent flaky pastry dough. Here is on how to make the burek dough properly, ways for how to stretch the dough and how to work it out. It’s a thin transparent pastry, a flaky sort of dough, then filled with cheese, meats and, sweater vegetable like pumpkin and then it gets baked. this is THE culinary formula for making and mastering burek or several bureks at once. I make 3 bureks in one go usually.
