VITAMIN B5 (Panthotenic acid)
The most abundant of the B group vitamins. Originating from Greek word pantos, meaning everywhere, vitamin B is found nearly in all animal and plant originating foods, however it is unstable to heat and fair amounts are lost through food processing.
