Thank you so much for the FANTASTIC CD-ROM you sent me with all those great pictures and instructions! You are truly an artist, my friend. I can only hope that you approve of my attempt at builidng one of your old world ovens -- and yes, I'd swim a river of crocodiles for a great wood-fired pizza, too! ;))
