Hi Aldo, I'd guess you like very much " the real french baguette and Real Italian Pizza when baked in wood fired ovens", roasts. Who's words? Nice of you welcoming guys in US wanting to meet. On the end I'll end up doing building tour over there.
Please check both pages linked below, first is on the Swishy oven and it's building cdrom. When adopted tech. stages it can be built in simpler versions too, so the second page is for several practical ideas and wood fired oven shape designs.
My postal address is at the bottom of the first page, best if all post is sent by airmail, (you'll find there link to my wish list as well.)
Complete oven building WorkShop tutorial on the CDrom (500Mb), this will make you build your smart oven, you'll clearly know ahead what you'll do next each building day or stage. Page of CD content and how to get hold of it, click here.
Optional* Cdrom Log additional folders:
a. "Equivalent refractory materials and sources"
b. "in Dome Photographs" of fires and meals.
Inspiring wood fired oven design ideas which can be implemented with the building CD, click here.
Good vibes,
Rado
