I placed turkey in the one time roasting dish
Oven was still a bit too hot so I had to wait for 30 minutes
Now is the time, turkey goes in for 4 hours roasting time
Right temperature is
180°C - 356°F
to
190°C - 375°F
Taken out after 3 hours and 15 minutes to be uncovered for the last 45 minutes for browning
Results are stunning, nice color and breast meat or legs get done perfectly
At 8:20am next morning I did two 11 lb. - 5 Kg big turkey birds for neighbor's Christmas day.
Both families filled their turkeys with stuffing as well
Helen used her practical large stainless steel dish, 4 chickens would fit in it!
