Rado thanks for the CD I received it yesterday. I am going to build two ovens, one for my father and mother in law as a gift for their new home. The other is for me and my wife.
I was wondering do you have any good recipes for red meat; specifically, lamb chops and roasts?
I will send pics as soon as available.
