3rd Batch Rock Oven Bread

Since it was minus 35 C. here last night, it is a perfect day to fire up for my 3rd try at Rock Oven Bread this year.
I modified the simple French bread recipe by substituting 1/2 whole wheat flour for white bread flour. Everything else the same. Set out to raise and I will light the rock stove in a little while. The previous 2 times I fired it up too soon. What is nice is that it helps keep the house warm overnight.
