site selection question

Regarding site selection, should the oven face into the prevailing wind, away from the prevailing wind, or perpendicular to the prevailing wind? I ordered the CD and cannot wait to get started. I have got a spot picked out, I am just wondering which way to face the oven. Thanks in advance, Darrel
