Hi Ken! Oven with front hot air vent and if it is outdoor open space oven (not in a room), for it to draw well there is no need for functional draft in the chimney. But for esthetics or also in the early firing stage for smoke to travel above this roof I would probably make the chimney 3 feet above the existing roof that is 6' way. r
