Which oven and no wheat pizza

First Question:
I'm looking to put a pizza oven in my cabin that I'm building(no one delivers to the forest) can anyone recommend a good inexpensive wood/gas pizza oven for home use.
Second Question:
My wife has Seliacs Disease which means tht she can not eat anything with wheat does anyone have a recipie for a pizza with out wheat. The grocery store sells one but it's not the greatest.
