Thanks for your comments, Rado! I hope to pour the upper concrete cladding next weekend - but the weather forecast could be better...

After that I will take some weekends off from the project - more vacation! :-) Then it's time for the outer wall to go up again. In parallel with that, I plan to start with some small firings to dry the oven - and finally try to cook something.

Regarding recipes: it's actually my wife who is the chef of the house - and she has tons of recipes! I would be happy to post some of the best recipes, especially those that give good results in the oven.
