Can someone please let me know of a good recipe for a first time baker for baking good Wood Oven bread. I am not expecting perfection at the start, I have read so much info its doing my head in. Do i need a starter for good bread? Do I have to wait 7 days for the dough to be ready?
Pls help, I am going insane.
