I was just wondering to myself, if anyone has built a brick oven with an open hearth on two sides. If so, would you mind expounding on the benefits of a dual hearth brick-oven? In other words, situated so that pizza peels could be used coming and going, as it were. :)
Reminds me of limerick ... ah, but never mind.
Now is not the time for pizza is on the mind!
