Mortar mix

I am building an oven in Japan. We have frequent small earthquakes so to prevent my oven from falling down I want to use mortar between all firebricks. I have bought high temperature mortar (premixed) which only hardens at 800 Degrees Centigrade. I want to mix this with ordinary cement so that the mortar hardens at room temperature.
What percentage of ordinary cement would you recommend to add? I was thinking of 30%. What do you think? Thanks for your time.
