Steve,
What would you like to be able to do in you mobile oven, what kind of cooking or baking? Would you like to make the oven efficient holding well temperature from one firing (e.g. to make pizzas and then still use the oven for longer time) or the oven will be used to make pizzas only while heating fire is on inside? What weight do you have in mind? What size of trailer (5'x 6' - 7') and shall be the oven moved frequently and built for heavy use or business? I built ovens refractory parts for Japan before, installed in home or restaurant using either common size or arched firebricks. You will see how you go about finding someone but if it came to it I could take the job after consulting of all matters. And then if that was still the case I will provide you with daily building progress status till finished and shipped. As I am in Australia I believe using a trailer manufactured in your local area would be the way to go avoiding its road-registration bureaucracy or keeping freight cost down. r
