Hi Guys,
I want to make some bread this weekend and i was wondering if anyone has any good and simple bread recipes.

I have used the pizza dough recipe on that Rado has supplied and it works great for me. Does anyone have any recipes for panini, ciabatta, foccacia? I am really getting into cooking with the oven and some big crusty breads would be tops.)
