Well it worked a treat. Took almost 2 hours for the oven to turn white.
A couple of cracks have opened up in the outer bricks. Nothing drastic, but noticable. Probably from expansion of the oven and concrete cladding.
The pizzas were fantastic. Only mistake was a bit too much topping on some. These ones took 5 or six minutes to cook. Others took 2 or 3 minutes and were great.
Next time we fire up, we will try some bread as well.
