Chimney dimensions
From the WFO board

Rado,
I have been reading other posts about chimney dimensions, and I think I see that I should have a minimum depth of 10"? (25cm) I have about 9.? from the oven door to the entry arch but as I build the chimney higher I would like to restrict it to about 8" (about a brick length). The final exit at the top would be about 20" X 8". The height would be about 9'. Does this sound ok? What would you consider an absolute minimum of depth from oven door to arch? And would this minimum depth change with different width chimneys? Like if the chimney was 28" wide?
Thanks,
Jerry
