concrete or heat insulator

I have had the CD for quite a while and have finally decided on where to put the oven and have made a start.
I was wondering in the pictures U1,U2 is it normal concrete you are shovelling or is it the heat insulation. The same for Zf4 the covering over the foil and reo. It is a bit hard to tell. Thanks.
