Hi Richard,
Is it snowing freezing already? I just looked at your camp photo, it's very nicely green around, with the white snow it'll be equally nice. The thermometer measures to 450°F or 230°C which is well above temperature levels when it is used in the oven. I give them to my customers and have about 200 of them at present, if you cannot get it in shops I will post you some from here. r
