Well I am planning on building my oven as soon as I receive my CD :) Perhaps you could make a section on your web page to show some suggested accessories? Obviously I will need a pizza peel but what other accessories are a must?
Should I use cast iron pans if I use pans or just the disposable aluminum ones? Just looking for suggestions and web links if you got them. Thanks.
