Now I see all the pix of you starting your fire, I notice you don't load the fuel first, but just add it as you develop coals. I am going to try that next. I had my oven stacked with wood, like I do for an outdoor fire! Even with my limited experience I don't think my oven would get white with the coals I see in your tutorial, but I will find out.
