Winter cooking
From the WFO board
Posted by RayF
I was wondering if anyone has experience with winter cooking? it's turning cold here in Maine (US) and I am concerned I won't get much use out of my oven during the colder months. We get a fair amount of snow here and it's below freezing for about 4 months. I'd imagine pizza is much harder to cook due to the cold air moving across the oven floor to feed the fire. How about breads?
Thanks
Ray
