Can a woman like me build a backyard wood oven too ?

I don't dream about building a traditional oven. I dream more about using it at home, cooking and baking in it. Maybe I am in the age when I already created my own nest, now it wants more, it needs wood oven and so I have to prepare myself for building one. I am a total novice but with a strong drive, especially when seeing those nice Dada's pizza pictures in this site. Is anyone like me reading this (and now I really don't mean women only), do you want to utter? "I need all the help that I can get." I found myself coming in here finding people with the same interests and I'd like to say hallo to everyone.
