Mixers or Hand
From the WFO board
Posted by Craig
Howdy all,
I am in the process of baking bread, now i have a small Alan Scott Oven and i am told by Alan that it is better to have the dome full of bread than have one loaf.
Now i want to know if you folks out there are using Machine Mixers ( twin arm, spiral etc ) to mix your dough, I'm happy to Knead it by hand but to fill even the smallest dome is around 10 loaves. That's a lot of mixing by hand.
Your comments would be appreciated.
