Kneading Board?
From the WFO board

Does anyone have a special wooden board they use for kneading dough? If so, what is a good size including thickness?
I am thinking of sawing such a board out from an aspen tree with my chainsaw mill.
The trees are only about 13 inches in diameter, but I can cut the board as thick and as long as I want.
