MTO arch dimensions

Hi Rado. Could you please clarify the entrance arch dimensions on the MTO. I notice that the vault has a total vault height of 16 inches.
Does that mean the entry arch has a total height of 10 inches to maintain the magic 63% ratio?
Looking at picture 283 for MTO, I cannot make out the details on the arch. Looking at later pictures, it looks like the walls at the entry arch are 8 inches high (2 x 3 inch + 1 x 2 inch fire bricks.) Looking at picture 308, it looks more like the arch rise is 3 inches, which would give a total entry height of 11 inches.
