Firebrick thickness question
From the WFO board
Posted by Darrel W
The firebricks available in the US seem to be around 2 inches thick firebrick splits. Are these thick enough, or should I increase the depth of the concrete hearth slab and/or the backup heat insulating pad by one inch thickness?
