For all those who live on the south east side of Melbourne, there is a place in Mulgrave called Refractory & Ceramics who I have found to offer competitive prices and best of all advise. (gee it sounds like an ad!)
I just found it convenient to buy the products on an as-need basis rather than all at once. As it turned out, I managed to save some money using alternative products & methods.
In the end, it all comes down to the enjoyment of cooking great food.
