Pelletized Lime

I was trying to find lime for the concrete hearth slab, but what I found at home depot was pellatized lime used acidity control in grass and soil.
Is this the same hydrated lime stuff that you use for making concreate?
I begin building this week :)
Pelletized Lime - but should be hydrated lime.
