Fire Bricks
From the WFO board
Posted by Steve
Hi Rado, Great CD. Collecting my materials to start building and came accross some second hand fire bricks. They are Newbold HA, Ordish and Darley 26. Newbold's are brownish, Ordish are creamish and the Darley's are a mixture of cream and yellow when broken.
Are these bricks okay to use? Also most have chips on the edges, can they be filled with some sort of morter to give the inside dome a smooth finish.
