Common logic dictates a thicker dense hearth will hold more heat. Use the 115mm thickness as per Rado's photos. The WA ovenbuilder is referring to a firebrick/tile that is cheaper and smoother. If you want prolonged heat for cooking and baking then you must use 115mm.
As for crispy pizza, both 25mm and 115mm will produce a good result if the heat is sufficient.
