Oven Dome, Help
From the WFO board
Posted by Bob
I just completed my oven dome. The inside of the oven is 24" wide and 48" long. The dome runs across the 24" section. The last brick I placed in the center of each arch of the dome had to be tapped into place with no or little room for morter.
I am worried that when I remove the form the dome will collapse. I used pavers for the dome and suspect this was a mistake. Will the concrete cladding hold things in place. Please advise.
Thanks
Bob from New Jersey, USA
