My exterior walls are not yet complete, but I have fired my oven to full temperature, and the outside of the cladding gets really warm, but you can still put your hand to it without getting burnt. I would think that if your conduit is up against the outer wall and has insulation (vermiculite, etc) between it and the inner oven, then you should be fine. It would have to get pretty hot to melt the rubber coating on the wires
