G'Day Ray,
I was delighted to see reply #1 so soon. At first I thought I must've pressed the submit button twice. Thank you and let's see how popular it will be here.
You are having a great building plan with this multi functions, I presume it is for outdoors, cooking open fire and with the oven. How large will the oven dome be? If larger, an extra mass for greater heat absorption and then a good thermal back up insulation would be useful to have. This will not increase the cost more, rather achieves better efficiency, you can cook/bake longer for less to heat the oven up.
But maybe you know all these technical details anyway. I can email you a link to a site where are bits for you, nice gallery as well - it is our old site. This one is a new project.
Cheers,
Rado
