Dear Rado,
good news my friend!! First pizza test run success, followed your dough recipe (great),cheated some what used the bread mixer to do the hard stuff,we did 10 bases just in case.
Fired oven 10am (just to be sure we got good temperature in the oven) started cooking at 12 o'clock but could have a bit earlier as the oven was real white hot inside already in 1.5 hour.
First pizza done in about 3 min! Not to bad at all and you could eat it too!!
By the end of the night we had made some great tasting pizza with some help from my cousin (ex pizza chef).
We had a small fire going in the back while we were cooking due to the time between pizzas. But all of us had a great night.
Regarding the oven I still only have the concrete cladding on and I am going to render this weekend.
Just one thing what kind of soft insulation are you talking about going over the concrete (before I render).
Once again I thank you four your help many times and time that you have put in.
