Tom, the wood oven building tutorial Cd content and how to get hold of it page, click here. Everything you need to build your oven is included, you will know ahead what you'll do every building job day/stage. You may build swishy or it allows you to make simpler versions also. CDrom has 500MB of stuff, details are clearly visible.
For people who for any reason can not buy all heat resistant materials (costs or no supply), optional is extra folder on "Equivalent refractory materials and sources" good reading and pictures (few on each: firebricks, refractory mortars, heat insulation, fire clays). I can add in photographs of fires and meals in the oven too. Enjoy mate.
Everyone has to email me 1 or 2 finished oven pictures for the site's gallery ;o)
