Hi Herb,
You made me hungry again! You are developing your own secret bread dough recipes. Over time each one can becomes a slight routine, but the flavor of every batch will still differ from previous ones. Who wouldn't experiment with changing ingredients and with firing tactics?
I watched the special game over here; it is amazing what those players can do!
I can imagine, in your snowy winters, cook in an outside wood fired Rock Oven might create quite a captivating atmosphere for everyone present. It will save some energy costs as well, and besides I think you will be organizing larger parties then.
If you go after digital camera with 3 mega pixels plus, (sony, codak, etc.) you will be able to create nice photographs with it. Don't leave it next to the fire ;o)
