Yes Rado, every batch is a little different and it is fun to experiment. I have become accostomed to having Rock Oven bread every day now and it has become a habit. Don't know what I will do when spring comes and it's too warm to fire up this inside oven.
That is why I need an outdoor oven too. I haven't drawn any plans yet, but I will probably use rock again (basalt) and put a metal roof over it to protect it from the elements. My indoor rock oven works so well for baking that I will probably copy that design with its many air intake tubes (tuyeres ?), metal grid, etc. This time I will find refractory cement.
Am doing another bake this coming week...
