If you poured a slab that was on top of another slab which was on bed rock it should be very stable!
but you have to think about moisture transfer as well as heat loss, especially when you have an oven ontop!!
in regards to not having any re bar you could form up the slab ontop, and have a hobb that goes past the out side edge of the slab (150mm) and down to the bed rock with reo drilled into the rock as well as into the slab edge and epoxed in.
you can also use an additive that goes into the concrete to increase its water resistance.
as well as increace the cement level in your concrete to inprove its strength
hope this is of some help.
