Hi Richard, I am a bit remote for last 2 weeks, pack arrived today, I was about to let you know and here I see I am late in replying to you. I will will test this new product and will let you know about it.
The thicker hearth sounds good to me; wall height and arch rise as well. I think you can put the original stainless steel over the new oven. How big is the space in between the cladding and the old dome now? Would be good if you could apply nice insulation layer in between, it could also be lifted a bit to make that protective space bigger (?) r
