Hi Rado,
Thanks for the quick response. I fired it up tonight and burned quite a bit of wood. I got it to change to white over most of the dome and the temperature hit 500 degrees F. Seems to be going much better now with a bigger fire. Feeling much better about it, going to try for pizzas tomorrow :)
The oven is about 36" (91cm) by about 42" deep (107cm) counting some of the door area. The dome is 16" high with a door of 11" high and 16" wide.
